I have been serving clients in the Real Estate Industry Since 2005. I have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and an Associate degree in Marketing, which I put to use every day in my Real Estate career! I acquired a lot of my training in Real Estate as a New Home consultant at Lennar Homes from 2005 to 2011. In the new home industry, I learned the construction process and quality of materials used on a home, the mortgage process, closing process, and most importantly customer service. Since then, I have gained the knowledge and skills to become a proficient, resourceful, and a successful Realtor.
When I decided to go into general Real Estate in 2011, I quickly realized the importance of being backed by a well-established and reputable company like CENTURY 21, who is the #1 real estate organization in the world, allowing me to deliver top notch service to you!

Seller reviewAndreina Simmons went above and beyond to sell our property in less than 2 weeks! She got our property listed on top sites and towards the top of scrolling. Always kept us in the loop and communicated to us all the needed info for showings and feedback regarding our property being sold. All in all a wonderful experience when we sold our home! This can be a very hard and stressful thing to do but this company and especially Andreina Simmons went above and beyond and took the worries and uncertainty about selling the house away immediately! Highly recommend this company and especially Andreina Simmons to anyone in the area who is looking to buy or sell real estate in the Tampa Bay area!! Andreina Simmons performance was bar none! The preparation in showing a house so it sells fell on Andi she has been the most Professional young Lady I and my wife have ever met. She went way beyond normal customer service and it showed...We were so satisfied with her and her go getem attitude until the very end and then some. We would recommend her to anyone hands down. Never have we seen such smooth care and consideration of a persons needs and wants she is just plain Caring of her Job and people she serves. Great Broker would recommend them anytime. Her performance was Outstanding beyond approach. She definitely knows her Job and takes care of her customers.
