Andy acted for me on the original purchase and subsequent sale some years later. I asked him to act for me regarding the sale, as I was very happy with his work regarding the purchase. Andy is very diligent and hard working and his enthusiasm never wavered, despite the challenges of two previous uncompleted escrows for reasons beyond anyone's control.
