Andrew Adler was very knowledgeable with our type of sale and help remove the obstacles in a quick a precise manner. In todays complicated real estate industry it was great to have Andrew in our corner. This was not the average sale. 14 month escrow building permits dating back to the 40's. Multiple lot division, misplaced permits, Having to deal with officials on a local, county, and state levels Andy walked us though every step and made it look easy. Strong Work!
