I was accepting a new job in Victorville, CA. We knew we would be buying a house so my wife Yelped Real Estate and Angela Knight's name popped up. What was impressive was her perfect 5 out of 5 stars of those who had reviewed her performance. My wife messaged her on a Sunday and she got back to us in the same day. We explained we would be visiting the area and only had a very small window of time to meet and see houses and Angela completely accommodated us. Angela was amazing! As mentioned already, she was completely accommodating with our tight schedule when we came down to visit the area. We had provided her five houses that we wanted to see. After a brief meeting in her office she took us around to see all of them. She was ready and had the paperwork on all five houses in her office and provided copies to my wife and I so we could review before seeing each house on our list. She was able to negotiate the sellers to provide a credit on our closing costs. Additionally, when the appraisal came back lower than what the house was listed at, she was able to get the sellers to reduced the price of the home to match the appraisal. The entire buying process with Angela was through phone calls and emails. Her and her staff were always available to us when ever we had questions or comments on anything. We really enjoyed working with Angela! We were in escrow and the house was closing in two weeks. I made another trip to the area with my son and asked Angela if she would be able to meet me at our new house so I could show him. I had not given her a lot of notice, but she accommodated me again and was able to allow us to see the house. In the beginning we also met with Jessica Sutton. She was in the initial meeting and during the house visits. Jessica also communicated a lot of details during the escrow process. I was unable to come down for the home inspection but Jessica stood in for me. I really appreciated that. We received a lot of doc-u-sign emails from Nicole Richardson and I believe I also spoke to her on the phone a few times. She was very pleasant as well. The entire process was flawless!

Angela Knight and staff are true leaders in the real estate market. They knew my needs better than I did. Awesome to work with and a real experience to do business with. Hats off to Desert Rock and to Angela Knight and her team.
