Seller reviewMy husband and I recently sold our home. Our agent was Angela Knight with Century 21 Desert Rock and there is no one I could have asked for that could have done a better job. We explained our situation to Angela and she listened very carefully and gave us some great options and helped us decide on the best course of action. She gave us realistic expectations, and then surpassed them all! The buyer agent was a real challenge for all of us. Angela handled everything professionally and ethically and kept us informed every step of the way. She was amazing throughout the whole process! There is nothing I could ask for that wasn't done - often before I knew I needed it! Additionally, the people at the brokerage were always willing to assist in whatever way we can. They were willing to listen and they were very friendly! What could have been a very frustrating process turned into a successful project and one that we enjoyed sharing with Angela. Seller reviewFrom the very beginning of our experience with Century 21 Desert rock I feel like I was treated with excellent, courteous, professional ,knowledgeable,service every step of the way from the beginning to the end. Everyone on Angela staff was great, answered any questions communicated very well with us , Nicole Richardson was especially helpful with any questions I had very prompt at returning my calls with questions that I had. Angelo was very professional and courteous also very patient and answered all of our questions. During the Final negotiations for a property there was some confusion about the homeowners association dues which cause some miscommunication between the seller , the seller's agent and myself but the mistake was resolved in time for escrow to close. I trusted Angela to be very conscientious about our needs for buying and selling with contingency plans in place and she was very thorough in gathering information from us about our expectations. Her communication with us every step of the way was also very important to keep us in formed with the progress of our property to be sold.
