I'm PASSIONATE about real estate! I get such satisfaction when I can help others achieve their real estate goals. I feel everything I have done in my life, from serving in the military, owning a retreat center and teaching Microsoft software has lead me right where I needed to be; helping others with their real estate needs. I have a natural ability to problem solve, and all my past professions have helped fine tune this skill. I was out of state from the time the house was on the market until closing. Angie handled all repairs, including installation of a new roof. When you are using Angie to get a property, she takes it as she is buying a property for herself. That means she got wisdom to give you honest opinion and she is not trying to sell you something with a potential problem. Even though she takes the initial offer too seriously, in the end it would work out right because she checks the market value to see if it is under or overpriced.
