I'm PASSIONATE about real estate! I get such satisfaction when I can help others achieve their real estate goals. I feel everything I have done in my life, from serving in the military, owning a retreat center and teaching Microsoft software has lead me right where I needed to be; helping others with their real estate needs. I have a natural ability to problem solve, and all my past professions have helped fine tune this skill. Each real estate transaction is different and I enjoy the challenges that they bring and the satisfaction of resolving them. Angie Hudson communicated her plan clearly and was respectful of my concerns;which relieved some of the stress involved in my initial decision to sell my home. Packing and moving while teaching was exhausting, so it was a great relief physically, financially, and mentally that Angie was able to get the house repaired, inspection ready, and sold within a month! The whole process was well researched, and executed, and closing was financially aligned with her original sale projections.It was a rewarding experience beyond my expectations,

I had contacted a couple of other realtors in the area and was either never contacted back or they were not interested in helping us. I called Angie from a property listing on Zillow. She answered my questions immediately and asked the right ones of me to locate the perfect property for us. She made herself available in our time frame, found us the perfect house and helped us all the way through the close. Angie was great!

As stated previously Angie was our for sure "go to girl." She paid many visits to us to keep us informed and also stayed in contact via phone and/or email. She always explained fully everything that was going on with the repairs, etc. She deserves every word of praise we could give.

Angie actually took time to help clean my pool she also had pictures and a aerial of my home done.Angie spent the day and helped get the house ready for pictures.she was always there for me when I called her.Angie and I have made a friend ship thru thus.I am so proud I met her and will always have a friend in her.

Angie Hudson handle our out of state rehab project like a Pro. We where very happy with her services that went at times above and beyond the call of duty. At time putting her own dollars in for us until we could replace the funds to her. In addition to meeting contractors and inspectors to assure the our project was complete. We can't wait to use her services again. It was fun.
