I would recommend her to anyone! She went above and beyond to make sure she was doing everything she could and making sure everything flowed smoothly. Anne was everything we could have asked for in a buyers agent. She was always professional and did whatever to accommodate us. Anne answered every and any questions, always replied and set up viewings asap, explained everything so we knew exactly what to expect and made sure all documents were submitted and cleared. Anne is the type of person who makes friends easily, understands people, and she handled all the concerns involved in our first-time home buying experience in a way that gave us a sense of ease and an ability to move with confidence and assurance. In some ways, she was off-the-charts! My wife and I really felt like she was working for US, making sure OUR needs and questions (of which we had many) were always met with clear communication and kind, swift responses. She was helpful in almost a maternal way!! I am convinced I would not have been able to purchase the home I did at the price I did without her knowledge base and keen eye.
