Buyer reviewFrom our first interaction with Anne Cowen as our realtor we knew that she would be able to satisfy our needs, concerns, and we need not look further for a realtor. Anne is the type of person who makes friends easily, understands people, and she handled all the concerns involved in our first-time home buying experience in a way that gave us a sense of ease and an ability to move with confidence and assurance. In some ways, she was off-the-charts! My wife and I really felt like she was working for US, making sure OUR needs and questions (of which we had many) were always met with clear communication and kind, swift responses. She was helpful in almost a maternal way!! I am convinced I would not have been able to purchase the home I did at the price I did without her knowledge base and keen eye. We hope to cross paths again.

She knows what's she's doing, she will not just sell you something because you're new & have no idea what you're doing, She will make sure you're getting something that is worth it especially for the price it's being sold for. Any questions you ask she has your answers & if she doesn't she will find out what you need to know!! As long as it takes you to find the home you're looking for... SHE WILL HELP YOU FIND THE RIGHT ONE! With Anne the whole process goes very smoothly and she helps you step by step with what you need to do!
