Seller reviewI was very pleased to work with Annette Bauer on this sale as she was understanding and knowledgeable. I had been skeptical about the pricing, but Annette was right on and the sale went quickly. She handled the sale while I was on vacation with the help oh my daughter. I am pleased with the outcome. As an out of town seller I had little contact with the day to day process. Annette handled all that very well. I could not have had a better agent! She handled everything and really understood my needs. I'm very satisfied with the way Century 21 handled my sale.

Annette made her presentation with comps that were on the money, the other brokers did not even provide comps or presented comps that were inappropriate!
