I was originally going to meet/interview three brokers, but cancelled the other appointments once I met and discussed my home with Annette Bauer. No reason to look any further. She came to our first meeting prepared with a thorough, candid market analysis and I was very impressed with how much research she had done before she even met me. I should not have been surprised, because within an hour of my initial phone call, I had a marketing plan to review. That helped me think of the right questions to ask and what I needed to do as the seller. I felt informed and ready to start the process. It all went smoothly. Regardless of the time of day I got immediate responses to my questions. This realty firm runs like a well oiled machine. In my opinion, they used a successful, comprehensive approach to marketing my property. I couldn't be happier.
