Seller reviewI have worked with Nettie once before when purchasing the home I sold. While it's hard to define using the table provided for ratings, I will use Nettie for any real estate transactions I have for as long as she is working. She is incredibly helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable. Nettie went out of her way to make the sale as easy for me as possible, she brought me the documents I needed to sign for listing, for closing, and the paperwork post closing - all on my schedule. As a first time seller, like when I was a first time buyer, she guided me through the entire process and was more helpful than I could have asked for. Nettie was exemplary across the board in my experience, she's a great agent and more importantly a great person.

Buyer reviewNettie is very efficient, detail oriented and knew the answers to all of our questions and trust me when I say there were many. Her attention to detail was what made me comfortable in trusting that she would find a good home for our family. I usually do not rate people as excellent in all categories, it feels fake-normally, but we were truly amazed at her work and dedication. She tried to communicate with non-English speaking family member without talking down to them and was respectful to all of us. Apart from being knowledgeable and a great agent, she made us feel welcomed and was accessible at every step of the process. I would absolutely recommend Nettie - GREAT professional and human being.

Buyer reviewI needed an experienced broker that understood Veteran needs and the process of a VA loan. Nettie has a strong knowledge of brokers in the area. She's able to work with them and get an understanding of what the sellers I was working with really wanted in a buyer. Calming. I've been looking for a home for my fiance and I for well over a year. I was getting frustrated with none of my offers being accepted dating back to March 2021. Nettie was able to help me keep an eye on the prize. Consulate professional. She's extremely knowledgeable of the business and gets a firm understanding of your needs. But perhaps most important is that my fiance and I consider Nettie a friend.
