Seller reviewThe best realtor to work with. Nettie gives not 100% but more like 110% or more. She goes to bat for seller in this case. In the other case she was the buyer rep. Nettie is more than an excellent agent she becomes part of your family. We adopted Nettie when she helped us by the home we just sold with Nettie.

She is super responsive and very flexible. I swear she doesn't sleep. But always had time for us, we felt like we were her only client - which we know is not true in the current real estate environment! We trust Nettie and even if we disagree, we are partners and figure it out. We appreciate her direct approach and yet feel respected to make our own decisions that she would support. We will continue to use and highly recommend Nettie in the future. Trust and communication are two key items we want in a broker.
