Annita was patient with my situation and worked to assure the other parties involved that I was sincere in my wanting to purchase the house. Buyer reviewI liked working with Annita, she's local and is a fellow Cardinals fan. We looked at several houses over the course of about a year. I could tell just by the way she spoke that some of those houses were not a smart buy. She pointed out things I wouldn't have caught like cracked ceilings and warped floors. It was a little funny that she wouldn't go down in the basement or attic in some of those houses unless they were brightly lit but that's understandable, they were dark and creepy. At the end of the year, we finally found the right house and I'm happier with it than some of the others that I had my eyes set on.
