I am married and have a beautiful wife & 3 amazing children. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008 but have been involved in real estate in some shape or form since 1998. Buyer reviewTake some advice from someone who has experienced Tony listen to him trust him and his analysis he knows what he's doing and he will do the very best for you. Don't listen to what he tells you and it will probably cost you and then you'll wish that you listened

Seller reviewTony provided excellent feedback on what repairs, improvements, and cleanup to perform to maximize the sale. He provided both a low and high range estimate, with the low being "as is" and the high being with recommended improvements. Both estimates were actually higher than other realtors and the Zelle estimate. He essentially sold for about 35% higher than I was expecting after meeting with other realtors and reviewing estimates. His knowledge of property values, home foundation, and inspection points were a key to the success of the sale. His creativity in photography and writing the listing description also contributed heavily to the successful sale. What initially impressed me, was when I first approached Tony and I asked him if it was currently a good or peak time to sell a rental property. Rather than jumping on a prospective sale opportunity, Tony questioned if giving up a rental income was the right decision for me. This showed a genuine care for my best interests.
