I am a full-service, full-time Realtor, licensed since 2005 with a passion not only for my job, but for my clients. With my background in business management, marketing and in the service industry, I have built a reputation around my core values; integrity and professionalism. In other words, I go the extra mile. I am down to earth and I will work with my clients every step of the way during a transaction. I am committed to present all details and pertinent information to my clients to assist them in making sound Real Estate decisions. I understand this is more than a transaction, it is about building relationships and providing support throughout a naturally stressful time.
I work in all segments of the real estate market from assisting first time home buyers, Veterans, vacant land, multi-units and Residential Real Estate. I keep up with the latest technology by regularly attends training seminars to stay current with the ever-changing Real Estate industry. I am a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of Realtors. I am bi-lingual in Spanish and have helped many Spanish speaking clients purchase and sell their homes.
When I'm not working Real Estate, you'll find me at the gym or at the lake doing some fishing. I also love spending family time with my kids and I'm a foodie so you might catch me exploring new and different eateries around town.

Seller reviewMr. Antonio Arguelles made himself relevant to the sole purpose of selling the property by knowing the timeline expected to sell the property, the expected price range, the provision of short orientation on the seller's understanding of selling property as well as the elemental language in real state to empower the seller to make an astute and timely decision to facilitate the sale of the property. He made himself available via cell phone and e-mail 24-7. He provided suggestions toward solutions to problems which empowered the seller to make financial decisions for the final sale of the property. All and all, Mr. Arguelles provided excellent showmanship and went above and beyond expectations toward the final sale of the property. I cannot say if Mr. Antonio Arguelles will show the same performance as he did in my case with him as a real state expert. Gauging Mr. Antonio Arguelles's actions, he speaks volume! I recommend him 200% anyt time.
