I am a full-service, full-time Realtor, licensed since 2005 with a passion not only for my job, but for my clients. With my background in business management, marketing and in the service industry, I have built a reputation around my core values; integrity and professionalism. In other words, I go the extra mile. I am down to earth and I will work with my clients every step of the way during a transaction. I am committed to present all details and pertinent information to my clients to assist them in making sound Real Estate decisions. I understand this is more than a transaction, it is about building relationships and providing support throughout a naturally stressful time.
I work in all segments of the real estate market from assisting first time home buyers, Veterans, vacant land, multi-units and Residential Real Estate. I keep up with the latest technology by regularly attends training seminars to stay current with the ever-changing Real Estate industry. I am a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of Realtors. I am bi-lingual in Spanish and have helped many Spanish speaking clients purchase and sell their homes.
When I'm not working Real Estate, you'll find me at the gym or at the lake doing some fishing. I also love spending family time with my kids and I'm a foodie so you might catch me exploring new and different eateries around town.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and history of Northern California. What really stood out about Tony was his character after closing. He helped me secure handyman, gardeners, and alarm installation. He has truly been a help to me being I don't live in the area. I will only use him when purchasing property in the area. Would definitely recommend if you want an honest agent & human being to look out for you.

My sister used Century 21 to sell her old house and found a diamond in the rough when she was appointed Tony to sell her home. I was surprised about a lot of the actions involved in selling a home Tony kept it together for me, was very patient with me and its much appreciated. Tony Arguelles did the kind of job I expected from someone handling for most people, the biggest sale of their lives. Tony was sympathetic, patient, and understanding. I don't usually give these kind of high scores, but Tony earned it. Online advertisement is only a "good" because the renters wouldn't allow Tony to post pictures of the inside of the home. Not really fair to Tony but that`s the truth. Tony kept me informed of all communications and there content, withholding any confidential information of course.
