Basically, when it comes down to it, Antwilla Davis is the greatest real estate agent that has ever lived. She was honest and straight forward, which I more than appreciate in any person, but especially someone who is helping my husband and I make one of the biggest financial decisions of our lives. She always had our backs in every part of the homebuying process and truly is fantastic at her job. Antwilla you are the GOAT!

Antwilla Davis is a very nice young lady with whom I have enjoyed dealing with, always there to answer any questions and always returning my calls or texts. She absolutely was always on top of things and by the way.. this COVID thing...she knew how picky I was with germs of people opening and shutting doors and saw to it before she left to wipe all that was touched off. We had used Antwilla to sell a house a few years ago and cemented a relationship with her that made us trust her when looking to buy. Antwilla knew what we needed to do and how to get things done the right way when we sold and we knew she understood us and our situation when we got ready to buy and would help us through it all. She specifically got us in contact with our loan agent which was instrumental in facilitating the sale. Had it not been for her assistance, we would have struggled with a lot of what went on in this deal. I can't say enough how much Antwilla was there for us every step of the way. Phone calls and texts were returned within minutes and questions were answered so quick that we knew we could resolve any issues quickly with her. I cannot state enough how much we would recommend her to ANYONE wanting to buy or sell. She makes the process seem effortless and kept us calm through everything. If we had a question, she had an answer that was spot on to what we needed to hear. I know we may have frustrated her at times with all the communication we required, but she NEVER let it show... Antwilla was our first call when we sold years ago and was our first call when getting back in the market. We worked with her for almost a year in starting and getting ready to purchase and on to the actual showings and processes of offers, counter offers, and purchase. She was AMAZING every step of the way. Our process in buying the house had lots of complications and she was there every step of the way to give us advice and support to make it seem effortless. Her attention to detail, quick response to questions or issues, and overall knowledge are beyond compare and there are not enough words for how much we appreciate her help in the purchasing of our new home.

Antwilla Davis started trying to locate us a house about 6 months before we sold our house in SC and kept in touch with us. Once we had sold our home and came to Ohio to stay with our daughter she put the word out to other realtors about the type and size of home we were looking for as well as the amount we were willing to pay. Antwilla kept us informed and showed us several homes. She called us as soon as the home we ended up buying went on the market. We looked at the very next day and put in a bid and it was accepted.
