April Alexy has had a long-time interest in homes and the real estate market, influenced by generations of family members in the contracting field. After attending college for business, April invested in her first home, which she still owns to this day as a rental property. From that start, April has purchased multiple other properties, being personally involved in the rehab, rental and resale of them. She is also a co-owner of a commercial property, which has supported two thriving businesses since 2005.
April's interests and experience in real estate prompted her to obtain her Realtors license in 2016. I was/am impressed by her knowledge, tenacity, and honesty, so I began to work with her to sell my condo and look at houses/land. I continued to work with her because she is the best. April is phenomenal! She should be the standard that other agents achieve for. I knew she had my best interests at heart, and she cared that I found exactly what I was looking for. She was in constant contact (email, phone, text, etc.), and she made sure I knew what was going on and what I needed to do. She kept on all parties involved to make sure the deal went through as smoothly and as easily as possible. April is amazing at her job. I highly recommend her, and I've bragged about how terrific she is to everyone I know. She goes above and beyond. The time, energy, and care she shows is outstanding. I have no idea how she does it all with numerous clients. Century 21 is very lucky to have April as an employee. I cannot praise her enough-- and though I don't plan on moving for a long time, I'll never use anyone else as long as April is a realtor.
