April Alexy has had a long-time interest in homes and the real estate market, influenced by generations of family members in the contracting field. After attending college for business, April invested in her first home, which she still owns to this day as a rental property. From that start, April has purchased multiple other properties, being personally involved in the rehab, rental and resale of them. She is also a co-owner of a commercial property, which has supported two thriving businesses since 2005.
April's interests and experience in real estate prompted her to obtain her Realtors license in 2016. Seller reviewSelling our house was a challenge due to considerable deferred maintenance and lack of upgrades. April demonstrated an energetic willingness to take on this task. We trusted her judgment as to what improvements would help to sell the house and what furniture and other items could be prudently offered to the buyer. We had an offer within two days of listing, for the full price we were requesting. April was tireless and unflappable in managing the preparations and in completing the sale.

I am so glad I went with her to be my agent she went above and beyond always keeping me informed and representing me on every issue Just that I could not be happier with her service! I informed them on my first visit I was only looking for info for selecting a realtor and the realtor I was speaking to just assumed she was my agent when I had to mention again I only was looking for realtor info I was a little annoyed when leaving if it had not been for April calling and reaching out I'm not sure I would have dealt with them credit to her.
