Buyer reviewApril is top notch and goes the distance and never gives up. She listens to what I need, takes action and will be using her again for my next home purchase and when I need to sell the home we just bought. Attention to detail, professional manner and understanding all my needs and unique situation. I have tried other brokers before her as I know her husband from back in the day and don't like to mix friends and business. I had recommended her to my Mom and she killed it for her and then my cousin. I had to fire my previous broker and knew it was time to engage April and she got it done. I can be a pain and very demanding and she always went above and beyond and is top notch!!! Smartest move you will make is hiring April!!

Seller reviewApril was the consummate professional... a real estate super hero. From our first consultation meeting through the sale completion April was amazing, exceeding all of our expectations. She sold our house higher than another agent recommended listing our house at ... and during a pandemic! She works behind the scenes (seller's agent, mortgage company, title company, etc) to ensure a smooth closing without issue. I'm still not sure how she does it all... I think she secretly has a clone. Hands down best real estate agent that I've ever worked with!

We were told about April and what a great person she was and asked her to become our new realtor. April took us under her wing and showed us what a wonderful experience we could have during this process. She actually listened to what we were looking for and did not push us into anything we did not want to see. She was kind, understand, patient, funny, knowledgeable, and her communication was amazing. Every time I received a text or email from her I looked forward to reading it. She went above and beyond and we are/were truly grateful to have her during this process.
