I have been looking for a condo for the last 6-8 months which was not easy to find considering the circumstances. April worked with me weekly trying to find the best home for me. I know April is my daughter and I have to say something nice about her, but in reality she is one of a kind. I sold and purchased a house and my stress level was zero due to her her shark-like behavior. Nothing was missed due to her due diligence on every step of the way. She can now stop harassing me -the survey is done. April rocks! I love her!
