This was my first time purchasing a property and I was referred to April Todd from my coworker. I'm SO grateful for having April's help during my first time home buying process because I was very nervous and she walked me through each step of the process, answering all of my questions along the way. April was always prompt with her responses and had a flexible schedule, allowing me to go look at properties last minute. She reminded me to set up my utilities and even followed up with me to see how my move in was going after closing. I couldn't have made my dream of getting my own place possible without April's help and patience. She never made me feel pressured to buy and allowed me the freedom to make the process my own.
