April Todd was very patient through the ups and downs of house searching this past year. We traveled to the rural areas on many occasions and she never once made us feel like it was an inconvenience. She delivered bad news and was compassionate and empathetic. With the good news, she was excited right along with us. She was very reassuring and very communicative and on top of her game. We really appreciate her patience whether we were changing our mind or spending more than a bit longer time at the homes we really liked. My husband and I really enjoyed having April Todd as our realtor as we journeyed to discovering and purchasing our dream home.

April Todd is a great realtor who does an amazing job! She is good at her job and guides you through the whole process from start to finish. At closing she was still making sure everything was handled correctly as the sellers agent. She is honest, up front, professional and always communicates well. This is the third time I have worked with April and each time she proves her ability to handle the selling/buying process as seamless as possible.
