We are so thankful that we had April by our side through the whole home buying process. April worked with us and accommodated our busy schedules to schedule showings. Once we found our home, April was always available to answer questions. She worked really hard to help us purchase our dream home with all of amenities that were important to us. Exceptional with regard to info sharing, updates, answering questions and especially helpful with coordinating signatures considering the locations of the 3 sellers involved. I will absolutely recommend her to my friends / family. We were listing my condo in the morning and immediately had one showing that day and the same person made an offer. No other showings were needed. She handled all communication professionally and in my best interest. I trusted her with knowing the value of the property and handing everything from day one up until closing. She communicated every step of the way and was VERY patient with me. I had a lot of questions and bothered her more than her average client, I'm sure, and she responded to every message I sent. April was fantastic!
