Arnold gave us a meticulous written analysis of the market in our area and an assessment of our property even prior to my husband and I listing with him. My previous thoughts of home purchasing was "this is going to be tiresome." But Arnold made me change my opinion, i felt very at ease during the process and confident that he was available at any hour to address any concerns that i had. Again he was my realtor that treated me like a close friend, you don't find that quality in a person very often. Century21 you have a good guy there, don't let him get away.

During our move to another state and sale of our house Arnold was a blessing. Arnold regularly check on my property. Kept us fully up to date on all the selling process. When we had some repairs to take care of Arnold handle the repairs and kept us from having to fly back to California and oversee them ourselves.
