Art helped us sell my mother's house a few years ago. He had come recommended by a family member in the real estate field as the best in Ventura County. He was excellent then, and even better this time, since our housing situation presented more difficulties than my mom's. Art was excellent at guiding us through every step of the process. He was never pushy, but always had definite ideas when we asked for them, and was happy to follow our decisions. His advice was not always what we wanted to do, but, by following it, we were in escrow quickly and received offers far exceeding our expectations. Art was amazing in the amount of extra work he put in to make sure the house was ready, and to make sure we understood all of our choices, and all of the steps involved. He spent a day helping us to clean up our yard, recommended people to do work on the house and yard, put up smoke alarms. He even made sure we got our mail that had been delivered to the house after it was sold.

I don't think I really need to add anything else here because I've pretty much set it in all the other little columns. But century 21 is lucky to have a good man like Art.He probably needs a nice corner office and a raise but not out of my proceeds of the sale of my house. Lol

Art Perez was very approachable and considerate. He help me and my family better understand the buying process as we are first time buyers. It is important how an agent connects with sellers agent and Art seemed to always get me in the running with great properties. He was very reliable and understanding of our situation. It might have taken some time to land a home in this market but he was very patient throughout the process as we made multiple offers and he explained thoroughly each situation to give us the tools needed to make informed decisions. The most important thing to me was we didn't pay over asking or have to pay huge amount out of pocket based on appraisal. I would highly recommend Art to anyone.

Art provides excellent customer service to both the seller and the buyer. He responds quickly, offers support as needed and even helped me install a few smoke detectors. He supported my family every step of the way and calmed our nerves on many occasions. He is easy to communicate with and takes time to explain processes. Art has made a solid name for himself in the community, he is committed, supportive, and easy to work with.

Art did a great job helping us find a home. He gave his full attention with selecting houses that were in our price range and met our requirements Art keep finding homes to look at till we found the perfect home for us. We would advise anyone to seek Arts experience in helping them find their perfect home.

Art Is a very good agent he's also a friend I think that he knows his stuff very well and I've already had him sell two pieces of property for me that I own and I've got a third one will be coming up shortly and I will have him with the agent for that property also. So very happy with all that Art does in the work.
