I had reached out to a random real estate agent originally to search for a house in the Spokane area. I initially was setup with one agent who I expressed all my needs to. Within the next couple of days that agent transferred me to another agent. I expressed all my needs to that agent as well. Upon my first showing to see a house, another agent showed up to walk us through the house. This now being the 3rd agent within a week. My offer on that house was not accepted so we moved on and kept looking. As I would inquire about certain properties, my agent would give less than informative responses. I also felt like my inquires bothered that agent. Fast forward a couple weeks, I was explaining to a friend this whole situation. This is when he mentioned a friend of his and his wife that was an agent. He spoke highly of her and that is when I told him to have her contact me. She contacted me right away, listened to what I wanted, and set up an auto search response to send listing to my email. I knew right away that I was making the switch to Ashley. I had no contract with the other agent so I informed him I was switching. From beginning to end, Ashley was quick to respond, informative, available on my schedule, and most importantly I felt like she was happy to respond to all my inquires.
