Fate brought us to Spokane in the form of orders for my husband, Al, who has been active duty Air Force for 13years. We have moved a lot, but absolutely fell in love with this growing city and decided to make Spokane our home indefinitely. Our 3 children have never been happier. After developing a passion for real estate by buying, renovating, and selling homes with my husband, I knew I wanted to help others accomplish their real estate goals as well. The success I have enjoyed has come from spending time listening closely to my clients, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals. She always returned calls and even sent a text if she couldn't commit to a specific time or if she was busy that she would call back asap. When emailing over documents she would always communicate what the document was for by a phone call. I felt and I know that Ashley was on my side, was my agent and was doing what was right for me not herself or her commission. She worked on my sale of my home and the purchase of my new home for over 3 months and never gave up. She was able to come up with different ideas on how we could do different things or ask for different things in the purchase of my new home. Very dedicated agent that always put me first. When moving help fell thru she was the first to offer her help and assistance. I'm so glad that Ashley was and is my agent, if I ever sell or buy again she will be the person I call.
