Reputation of Century 21 locally is very good. Ashley was a hand-on agent who kept in touch and offered help in all ways necessary, and appreciated. My prime contact in choosing Century 21 in Tampa initially was Julie Mantini, a person I have known professionally and personally for years. She assigned Ashley, and I was very pleased with all she did to make this difficult sale happen. Ashley Gray exceeded my already high expectations!

We met Ashley at one of her open house events . We found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating.

Ashley did an amazing job in all aspects of the Sale. She estimated the property well and explained the entire process, helped stage the house for beautiful pictures, hosted very successful and well run showings, and supported us through negotiations and inspections - all the way through to the closing. Ashley knows so much about real estate, financing, contracts, construction, and how to help people make good decisions. Ashley was extremely responsive and each communication was well-thought out and helpful for us to make good decisions based on her knowledge of our desires and the process/market. A phone call, text, or email never went unanswered. She was realistic about how to get the deal done and still helped fight for our best interests. I wouldn't use anyone else!!! Ashley is the BEST!

I have extremely high expectations and am very demanding. Ashley Gray exceeded my high expectations. She worked so hard and didn't cut any corners, showing us many areas and houses that were exactly what we were looking for. She did a lot of homework on each house and situation so we could have a clear picture of what we would be getting. I carefully thought about each topic listed in the Century 21 survey, and can honestly check "excellent" after each one when describing Ashley. If there was a category beyond "excellent" I would check it to describe her. She was available to us 24/7 and really cared about our needs and concerns. Her assistance didn't stop after we accepted the offer. She sent us check-lists with things to do as we moved forward with the closing and also before we took possession of the house. Some of the things on her list we would not have thought to do. Also, she is a great resource for contractor referrals. Whenever we needed someone (plumber, electrician, flooring, roofer, etc.), she had the name and number of reasonably-priced, competent contractors. Ashley made a stressful relocation much easier. She was there for us and helped us every step of the way. I'm writing this as the movers are bringing our belongings into our new house. My phone just pinged--it was Ashley sending a text asking how things were going during the move-in and checking to see if we need anything. Now THAT'S service!!

Ashley Gray is excellent. She's extremely helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. Prior to meeting Ashley, my husband and I were in the market for a house for over 6 months. We met Ashley at an open house, and she was phenomenal. We were so impressed that we decided to go with her as our realtor. The first house she showed us, we fell in love it as it met all of our needs and wants. She helped us position our offer so that that the seller (who had three offers previously) would accept our offer within a day. As first time home buyers, Ashley walked us through the process--spending considerable time going over the inspection report, the home buying process, and more. After purchasing the house, her help and guidance did not stop. She has helped us locate contractors to do cosmetic improvements. Very grateful for Ashley!
