Seller reviewAshley Gray was the realtor for an open house that I attended. I really liked her because she listened to me when I explained what I was looking for and my current situation. She gave me her card and offered to do a market value on my house in the future when I was ready to sell. I really liked her and when I was seriously considering to sell, I called her. She did the market value as promised and spent a considerable amount of time with me. It wasn't until a year later I decided to put my house on the market and called her. I trusted her and knew she was knowledgeable which was very important to me. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

She took the time to meet with us very early on, when we were still in the decision-making stage. She understood what was most important to us and how our personal circumstances would play out during the whole sales process, and she always put our family's needs first. Ashley is very knowledgeable and was always available for questions. She took her time to explain things to us and evaluate options. Overall, we're extremely satisfied with the service that Ashley provided us. As we mentioned before, she really went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the results. Although, our closing was rough, Ashley did an amazing job at coordinating stuff, keeping us in the loop and making sure the timeframe worked for us.
