I am Astryd Gonzalez, a realtor with 21 years of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in 2001 as an assistant to my mom, Emma Trillanes, as I attended college. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from SDSU, I became a loan officer. In 2010, I decided to join forces with my mom and provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients. Since then we have worked together for our clients, helping both buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother and wife. My boys are 12 and 10. They have grown up in the business and have enjoyed meeting many of the families that I help. We enjoy baseball, as my kids are year round baseball players. We also enjoy traveling and working out as a family. I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate chapter and making sure that they have the best experience possible. I pride myself in being able to provide an honest and transparent experience to my clients and to ensure that they are satisfied at closing. I am an expert in the San Diego housing market and look forward to helping with reaching your real estate goals.

Seller reviewThis is not my first time doing business with Astryd , our relationship began in 2017 and I foresee many more years of doing business with her and her Mother Emma. For me personally, She gets me, She understands my thought process, She understands the risk involved for safety purposes for myself and my child, and she is truly with you during it all. Even when my buyers were unreasonable at times she stood her ground and pressed forward to deliver and satisfy my needs. As a single family household the goal was to maximize all earnings, and I believe She had my best interest. Never once did I have to cross check or rely on other sources for double verification, she is sharp, extremely professional and uses her analytical skills at best, even when I would get emotional at times and disappointed, she ensured that her replies were concise and to the point, bribing me right back into the business aspect. We sold our home from Virginia and needed a person we could trust. She more than impressed us five years ago when we originally purchased the home and went back to her to sell it for us. Selling from across the country was seamless. She and her staff took care of all the details and the back and forth communication was excellent. Seller reviewBeing on the other coast things were stressful enough selling our Cali. property. If it weren't for Astryd I think I would have gone insane with stress. She juggled the multiple offers paperwork, kept me in the loop, reminded me of details, and handled our difficult HOA issues during the COVID crisis. She is the standard all agents should be held to.
