Astryd was just amazing!!!! She got us our dream house. This house was way above our price range, but she is the best negotiator. She was able to negotiate the price down to a price we could afford. Right off the bat, we are starting out with equity. Astryd, took us to see just about every house listed in Eastlake for over two months(Never once complained of our requests to see each house, and would even stay outside with the kids while we saw the houses. The kids could not go into houses because of Covid). She advised us on how much to offer, wrote multiple offers, but other buyers kept outbidding us. We liked the houses, but weren't in love with them, so we weren't willing to go up in the offer price. Once she took us see the house that we ended up buying, I asked her to make a low ball offer and hope they would accept it. Instead, Astryd met with the agent several times, to negotiate all the terms and conditions that would work for both sides. They negotiated, price, the seller to pay some closing costs, repairs, etc... Once they had terms that would benefit both sides, they presented their negotiations to both sides and that night we had a signed agreement. I have been looking on Zillow to see if there any better houses on the market. IN the last 3 months, all the houses are either the same price range but smaller or without upgrades. Or if they have similar upgrades and are the same size, the houses are much more expensive. Astryd got us our dream home, for the best price. I don't think we can ask for more than that.

Astryd did a great job selling our house quick in the middle of the pandemic. She was fantastic with all the negotiations. Once we signed the listing agreement, we did not have to worry about anything until it was time to move. She advertised our house in multiple outlets, got a professional photographer and 3D Tour. The escrow went very smooth. She did a great job guiding us through the entire process. When any issues arose, she handled them right away. We were told selling a house was supposed very stressful, Astryd did such a great job, it definitely did not feel that way.

We had a unique sale we had to sale our home and buy a new one within a short period, we didn't know it will be possible but Astryd was able to exceed our expectations. We sold our home and close on a new home all in less then a month! She answer all off our questions, made us feel and at no point did we feel pressure to move forward. We are Extremely happy and grateful

We started looking into buying a home early February. Our situation was a bit complicated we had to sell a home and buy a new one at the same time, we where not sure if this was possible but Astryd talked to us on the process and we felt confident on moving forward. Astryd introduce us to the lender, the company was reasonable and help us get pre-approve easily. We had to have all documents in order but after that the pre-approval was easy. By March we started looking at homes, during our first outing together we fell in love with the 4th home we saw that day. We were lucky enough to have the buyer access our offer, from there Astryd help us organize inspections, and finalize the contract. Overall if we had to do it all over again we will choose Astryd as our realtor over and over again. Thank you Astryd!
