I am Astryd Gonzalez, a realtor with 21 years of experience in the industry. I began my real estate career in 2001 as an assistant to my mom, Emma Trillanes, as I attended college. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree from SDSU, I became a loan officer. In 2010, I decided to join forces with my mom and provide comprehensive real estate services to our clients. Since then we have worked together for our clients, helping both buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother and wife. My boys are 12 and 10. They have grown up in the business and have enjoyed meeting many of the families that I help. We enjoy baseball, as my kids are year round baseball players. We also enjoy traveling and working out as a family. I am passionate about helping my clients with their real estate chapter and making sure that they have the best experience possible. I pride myself in being able to provide an honest and transparent experience to my clients and to ensure that they are satisfied at closing. I am an expert in the San Diego housing market and look forward to helping with reaching your real estate goals.

Seller reviewWe had a unique sale we had to sale our home and buy a new one within a short period, we didn't know it will be possible but Astryd was able to exceed our expectations. We sold our home and close on a new home all in less then a month! She answer all off our questions, made us feel and at no point did we feel pressure to move forward. Buyer reviewWe started looking into buying a home early February. Our situation was a bit complicated we had to sell a home and buy a new one at the same time, we where not sure if this was possible but Astryd talked to us on the process and we felt confident on moving forward. Astryd introduce us to the lender, the company was reasonable and help us get pre-approve easily. We had to have all documents in order but after that the pre-approval was easy. By March we started looking at homes, during our first outing together we fell in love with the 4th home we saw that day. We were lucky enough to have the buyer access our offer, from there Astryd help us organize inspections, and finalize the contract. Overall if we had to do it all over again we will choose Astryd as our realtor over and over again. Thank you Astryd!

Seller reviewWe were giving Astryd as our Realtor through the navy Federal Realty Plus Program, and the experience was amazing. She got right to work, and her communication and care throughout the process is un-heard of. 4 Years later we were ready to sell our home and Astryd was the first and only person we considered to take care of our home. We had a unique chain events that made us leave town early and not be able to be at the house when needed toward the end of the sale; but Astryd was more than accommodating to us, just as a family member or friend would be. That experience was so easy and stress free I did over and over again. Even with our new Realtor in Las Vegas, we said during showings and contracts that its just not Astryd, she is true a one of a kind, and me and my family our truly blessed she was able to help us. I recommend her to anyone I know in the San Diego area for now on.
