Seller reviewThis sale was complex from the start with a variety of extenuating circumstances causing delays and unexpected challenges. Avis was a patient, steady source of direct assistance and encouragement throughout the process. Her spirit was indomitable. Truth be told, I can't imagine a better agent for the home sale process. Hopefully, I've conveyed my family's feelings about this experience. The key element for us was Avis. She single-handedly made this productive, effective and, insofar as possible, enjoyable. Much of this was attributable to her positivity, her 'can-do' attitude, her unwillingness to give up/give in and her thoughtful management of details and timelines. In a word, she's the best. And this comes from someone who has had many dealings with realtors in the past and they were far from uniformly positive.
