Seller reviewI was primarily looking for an agent who knew the area in where I was selling and who had knowledge of what to expect in the current market. Most important was I needed someone who could patiently walk me through the process of selling my home and ability to continue the selling after I had moved to my new residence. Avis is very trustworthy and I definitely got what I was looking for in an agent. This was a hard time for my family to let go of our family memories in this house, however Avis showed compassion and made the whole sales process an excellent experience.

She kept us updated and educated throughout the entire process. Avis has a very upbeat and positive personality and was truly a joy to work with. Her communication with us was crucial during the process as COVID-19 slowed things down a bit. We would recommend her to anyone shopping for a new home.

We asked a LOT of questions and Avis was ALWays there for us. We felt that Avis was working For us, not just with us. She is smart, knowledgeable, experienced and kind. She guided us through a successful purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous. Avis is involved in the community and knows a lot of people. When I asked for additional help for my home she was able to offer names of dependable people who do quality work. I suspect all realtors were over-worked during the re-opening after the covid shutdown, but due to her long, selfless work hours I never felt that Avis didn't have time for me. Avis Meyers-Ketola is a rock star in the realtor biz!
