We trusted her 100% and were confident in the decisions that she helped us make. We were referred to Aviva by family and she treated us like family. She put our interests first and found us quality properties that fit our budget and our preferences. I would highly recommend Aviva to any homebuyer and especially any first time homebuyers. She really understands the value of properties and was straight with telling us if something was not right and we always trusted her opinion. We don't plan on moving anytime soon but the next time we do, Aviva will be the first person we call. We can't say thank you enough for all her help and expertise in helping us find our perfect home!
