Seller reviewBaba always treated my wife and I with utmost respect and made us feel like finding our new home was every bit as important to him as it was to us. Baba's knowledge and expertise allowed us to ask the critical questions and get the important answers when shopping for a new home and selling our old home. I would recommend Baba for anyone looking for a home and not just a house. In my opinion there needs to be a box above "Excellent" on the survey just for Baba. Excellent doesn't go far enough to describe how well we feel we are always treated by Baba. My wife and I are very happy with how we were always treated by Baba. His expertise, patience, commitment, and overall demeanor is everything we would ever look for in an agent.

Baba's knowledge and experience was crucial from start to finish. We would not have successfully purchased our dream home if not for him. Whenever anyone asks me about a real estate agent I will hands down recommend Baba Agbaje from Century 21 Baba is exceptionally meticulous and as a result of that he was always ready with whatever we needed to move forward. My wife and I faced many challenges in this process however Baba was with us each and every step. He was available to answer questions and his response time was remarkable. I'm so eternally thankful for Baba AMAZINGLY, OUTSTANDINGLY, AWESOMELY, WONDERFUL. Baba was incredibly patient, respectful, and honest with us, which allowed us to trust his feedback and advice at every turn. Baba is incredibly easy to work with and does a fantastic job educating his clients on the buying/ selling process to ensure they can feel confident and focus on the details that are important to them. There were so many points in the buying process where we really did need to lean on his experience and expertise before making decisions and I cannot tell you how much it meant that Baba was always ready to field our questions and provide thoughtful and timely responses. We are so thankful we were able to work with Baba and cannot recommend him enough!

Buyer reviewBaba has been a long time friend. He was my Sunday school teacher infact. I looked into a lot of other realtors before I realized he would be the only one I trusted. Being first time home buyers, my fiance and I were worried about being taken advantage of or being pushed to buy someone we couldn't afford. Baba took into consideration our budget and only showed us houses he knew we would be able to afford. Even if I didn't know him from my childhood, I would still have gone to him as a realtor. Getting to buy a house from my old Sunday school teacher is probably the coolest thing.
