Going into the homebuying process with much doubt, ambivalence, and trepidation, we could not have had a better experience. In addition to his nuanced expertise, attention to detail, and patient, open communication we also very much appreciated the way in which Baba empowered us to make our own informed decisions. We never felt rushed or blindsided: he took time to get to know us as people; listened to our needs, questions, doubts, and perspectives and always answered thoughtfully; and he took time to tell stories and talk history. Baba practices real estate with a high degree of generosity, integrity, and compassion for the families he works with. We joked that the process felt similar to working with homebirth midwives, actually! We learned so much along the way, stayed within our budget, and ended up with a home that is more than we thought we would be able to get. We enthusiastically and unequivocally recommend Baba!

Baba was wonderful to work with! He knew to point things out, that we as firstime homebuyers had no clue to look for. He was always very honest on what he thought of a property we were shown and he had no problems going to bat for us to get us what we needed. You couldn't ask for a better agent to go with. We've known Baba for years as he/I used to work together back in the college days. He's always been a great person to talk to, loves to have good conversations and is just an all around genuine guy. My wife and I have dragged him all over the place looking at dozens and dozens of homes the past 5 years or more and he's always been patient with us and never questions our motives (ie. - the 'window shopper').
