I was selling my mom's home. Baba was very helpful in guiding me through what work should be done on the house to make it more marketable. My mom ended up in the hospital during closing time. Baba went the extra mile and met me at the hospital twice to get it all done. I would highly recommend him! He was very understanding that it was a difficult time with my mom and having to sell her home of over 60 years.

I (Seth) have been working with Baba since 2009. We were classmates in college and Baba kept me up-to-date on trends in the central Iowa housing market since graduating (per my request). Even though I didn't buy until 2019, I've had the pleasure of watching Baba grow himself and his business. Therefore, anyone I've known who was interested in purchasing a home was referred to Baba. He's a professional at what he does. He knows real estate. He's honest and not afraid to negotiate or advocate on the buyer's behalf. Baba's an upstanding citizen and a treasure to the Ames community. He takes pride in his town and is passionate about everything he does (including the Cyclones!). All of this is why he'll always be my go-to for anything real-estate related. No matter where one's at in their home-buying/selling journey, Baba is the only person I'll recommend.
