Buyer reviewWe have had a long relationship with Baba as both a friend and a realtor. Baba has detailed knowledge of all aspects of the home buying process. We were impressed with his knowledge and attention to all the little details and his diligence to insure that everything (even things not directly in his control) were handled in a timely manner. We were somewhat disappointed with the seller of the property we purchased. The home was not clean when we took possession and Baba had to force them to live up to inspection items we had previously agreed to on the scheduled day of closing. But Baba came to the rescue and salvaged our closing day by getting in touch with the listing realtor and getting them to respond immediately. We really appreciated that.

Thanks to Baba, from the beginning to the very end everything went very smoothly. He is very friendly, respectful, always available (day & night) and always consider our requests and needs. Not "pushy" at all. Sometimes, he's the one who told us to wait until our "dream home" hits the market. We were very lucky to have Baba as our realtor and also as our FRIEND! He always mentioned important pros and cons about every house we looked at. He was very well organized throughout the whole process. He accommodated our schedule every time and he also went above and beyond to sublease our apartment which he didn't have to. We thoroughly enjoyed our first home purchase and a big thanks goes to Baba to make that happen.

When we discovered that we were going to have our first child, and realized that we needed a home with more space, we had NO DOUBT that we would use Baba again. As first- (and then second-) time home buyers, we needed a realtor who would patiently explain the process to us; who would look out for our best interests; and be available for viewings, conversations, and negotiations.
