Banny was incredibly patient with us as we had to deal with tying up some loose ends associated with the sale of the property. He even went so far as to help us in tying up our loose ends, in ensuring there would be no legal implications through probate. Banny demonstrated his excellent patience when we were forced to take the home off the market until we had resolved some potential legal challenges and quickly placed the home back on the market as soon as we resolved any legal questions. He was always available via phone call and provided very timely responses to every email we sent. Banny went above and beyond our expectations and sought the help of an acquaintance who was able to provide us with some legal advice in the sale of the property. Banny provided us with an excellent sales experience in being responsive to every question and need, as well as always being patient and courteous. Even with our personal roadblocks, Banny still managed to get our home sold in a very quick fashion, at our desired price, which was also a pleasant surprise.

It was an absolute blessing to have Banny represent us as our realtor. His professionalism was what drew us in, but his commitment to maintaining clear and concise communication and his ability to empathize with us at every turn, is what made us stay. Not a single day went by where we didn't know what was happening during negotiations. We were always informed and never needed to ask for updates. It was a tremendous burden off our shoulders knowing that Banny was taking care of business as if it was his own. It's not often that I write such high-caliber reviews of other people, but Banny truly deserves each and every praise. Highly recommend his services (regardless of area and location) and if you like your realtor like you do your family, then you would do well to have him on your side.
