I've heard some horror stories during the home buying process. This is my first time purchasing a home and it felt smooth and pleasant. I did not share some of the negative sentiments that other people felt when they purchased their homes. Banny handled all the transactions in a prompt manner. He stayed on top of things and I felt reassured that things would be taken care of properly. At our initial meeting, Banny seemed very attentive to what my wants and needs were. He took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood it and felt comfortable moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and was able to address all my questions and concerns. In addition to being knowledgeable, Banny was also professional, polite, and made me feel welcomed to turn to whenever I had any questions or concerns. I felt like he was always looking out for my best interest.

Exceptional negotiation skills. Banny will go to fight for his clients for whatever they are seeking and he will provide professional advise accordingly. Banny will not disagree but always opens additional opportunities to explore and consider while at the same time educating his clients to where they have a clear understanding.
