Buyer reviewBarb's reputation in the industry was a heavily weighted variable in my selection process. Her post selection actions readily and fully supported her reputation. Barb's knowledge base coupled with her attention to detail far exceeded my already high expectations. "Excellent" doesn't do a good enough job of describing Barb - - "exemplary" would probably be better suited to describe her characteristics.

Seller reviewBarb had been recommended by a professional colleague. We then attended a couple of her open houses to observe her first hand. We were very impressed and after some discussion decided she was a good match for us. Besides her highly professional appearance and manners, Barb exhibited a solid knowledge of the property she was showing. Frankly your new sign design does not readily catch your attention. On the other hand it does not interfere or distract from the house itself. There was difficulty regarding the financing of the buyer but Barb did her best to get us through that ordeal. Emotionally it was difficult for us but Barb understood and showed remarkable understanding and patience with us. Barb is the consummate professional. She is knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, and respectful. She is accessible and approachable who clearly and timely communicates to your questions and needs. As a person, she is friendly, understanding and very patient. Tiffany did an excellent job of taking the pictures, the design of the flyer was outstanding, and Barb was excellent in coordinating a team effort. You are certainly free to use any comments of ours and our names as very satisfied clients. Barb would certainly make the Mt. Rushmore of realtors in Siouxland.

Buyer reviewBarb is a TRUE professional from start to finish and she is such a pleasant person. She made all of us feel like this was a big deal and included the kids by asking what they thought and allowing them to use the key to open the doors. During the process, Barb would prefer to sign papers in person, but was prepared to use Dot Loop or electronic methods when that was more convenient for our busy schedules. Also, Barb works around the clock. When she had info to give us, she let us have it no matter what time and we appreciated that (especially in negotiations).
