Buyer reviewBarb Maxon has always been the greatest realtor for our needs. She understands our needs and listens to what we are interested in and in need of. She gets things done faster than we anticpated. She is fun to work with and consider her a good friend through all our dealing with her. I cannot praise her enough for always being there for us. This has been a very upsetting and frustrating experience building this townhome with lots of delays and problems. However, none of that was any of the realtor's faults. That all lays on the Builder's shoulders. Not a very good experience with getting the townhome completed.

She has a great team and together they produced a beautiful brochure of pictures to highlight our home, a youtube video, and placed our home on many online websites and printed advertisements. Her suggestion to list in the Spring got us a fantastic price on our home, well beyond our expectations. We could not be more pleased with Barb Maxon. We would hire Barb Maxon again in a heartbeat. She is our only choice in the Siouxland area. She was a joy to work with and is an expert in her field. We will continue to recommend her to our friends.
