Barb provided an excellent experience on two previous occasions. This time was for the estate sell of my mom's home. As the executor and living in another city/state working with Barb from a distance went smoothly. Considering the circumstances and reason for the listing Barb went above and beyond, from start to closing. I can't thank her enough!

Barb absolutely went above and beyond during this whole situation. It was a tough time for us, selling my Mom's house, so that we could have the funds to keep her safe in a long-term care facility. She was there every step of the way. She and my daughter, Carrie, totally bonded over the sunflower plant in the front yard of Mom's house. My daughter Carrie and I spent the last several weeks, after the offer was accepted, just sitting on Mom's front porch and remembering all of the things that we had experienced there. Barb stopped by several times and sat with us, because she knew we would be there and she actually knew what we were going through, My daughter kept joking with Barb that she was buying lottery tickets, so that she could win the lottery and buy Mom's house. Although it was an ongoing "thing" between my daughter and Barb, I honestly think Barb understood that Carrie was having a problem with giving up Mom's house to somebody else. And Barb totally got it. Shen understood what was going on, and was caring and compassionate with Carrie. On the day before the final closing, Barb stopped by Mom's house, while Carrie and I were spending the last time we would be spending time at Mom's house, on her front porch. Barb came up on the porch and visited for a short while. Then she hugged us both and said it would be okay. She is the best of the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
