She took the time and answered every question I had and was able to talk any time a day to help guide us. She even took the time to go over the closing papers with me so I would understand what I was signing at closing. She went way above and beyond my expectations. Jim was very knowledgeable as well. He was always able to answer or help out when Barb couldn't take our call or email at the time. They both were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Seller reviewBarb was awesome. She gave us great advice, helped find people to fix things, and met them at the house because I lived out of town. She was very accommodating. The house was on the market one day and had five showings and two offers for more than asking price. Cannot ask for more than that. Barb responded quickly to texts and e-mails. Very reassuring and confidant. Barb was on top of things, knows how to stage the house so it sells. There is no need for improvement, you cannot improve something that is already perfect. All I had to do is listen to her and follow her suggestions. She is a master.
