Seller reviewBarb Jones is very detail-oriented and available seemingly 12 or more hours daily She delivered as expected and helped with creative solutions to the Buyer's concerns. Due to the modest sales price, I paid a premium over the 3% + 3%, but it seemed to provide the proper incentive. The condo sold in 6 days, so it was properly priced and marketed. Can't imagine what more could have been provided. Would look forward to working with Barb in the future should the opportunity arise.
