She was very professional, answered all our questions and was patient while we decided whether we wanted to do a "For Sale by Owner" or use a realtor. Barb went over and above what we expected in order to get this property sold. Besides Barb, the only other person we had contact with was your front desk receptionist. She always knew our name and our property when we entered - even if it wasn't a scheduled visit. She is so professional and exceptional at her job.

She was very patient with us going through very run down properties because we were looking for houses to refurbish. She was always friendly and motivated, even when showing houses most people wouldn't step foot in. Barb also went above and beyond to find a realtor in another state in order to purchase a property for our daughter. She found a perfect realtor match for us and we couldn't have been more thrilled.
