This was my first home purchase so with having to go through the entire process of buying a home for the first time, Barb was there for me the whole time. Her knowledge, experience, dedication, taking the time to answer the "million questions and concerns I had", her attention to all details and helping me stay on track with all of the specific deadlines that needed to be met in the contract was exceptional. I would recommend Barb to anyone! Also should note that Barb was extremely accessible at all hours of the day and night! Whether in the wee hours in the morning or late at night, I was able to communicate with Barb. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was in working with Barb. As a first time home buyer she made my experience a positive and exceptional one!
