How I picked Bart - web search revealed that Bart is : Former president of professional realtor organization and the current top closer for his region Ok, so had a difficult property that had issues for years...being a distant owner is very difficult. This was a sale of a property by the estate of the decedent. Another realtor had kept this property tied up for over a year. Bart found that out and got that cleared up. He was very understanding and tolerant of a difficult situation. There were some many different issues about this property that it is difficult to count them.
